Refund Policy
We have a 40-day return policy, which means you have 40 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Email support@jstylejewelry.com with your request and return your item within 40 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund.
To be eligible for a return:
Items returned must be unopened or in good condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been opened, damaged, or altered in any way.
You will be responsible for the shipping fee (the return shipping fee and the resending shipping fee) for returns and exchanges, unless you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Non-returnable items:
- Customized items (e.g. engraved items)
- Special offers and gift cards
Please ensure you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We are not responsible for any lost return package, and will not process any refund if we do not receive the return package.
Without email notification to customer service or if 40 days have gone by, unfortunately, we can’t process any refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Upon receipt of items, the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods minus the delivery charges (exceptions may apply). We will process your refund within 3 business days of receipt. Your credit card company may take 3-20 working days to credit your account.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
a) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
b) Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
c) Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping
After your application is approved, please follow the Return Instruction email from Customer Service and send your product.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (exceptions may apply).
